This complete refurbishment of an existing facility was the launch point for the Knead Street Deli concept, which has since been rolled out in numerous locations with great success.
Working closely with our client team who were developing new food offers tailored to fit into a changing market place required us to design entirely new methods of displaying, holding and serving these exciting new offers, incorporating wave & pay technology to help bust the queues at peak times.
All of these new system designs were tested using prototype installations prior to the manufacture and installation of this site.
