A large global pharmaceutical group wanted to enhance their staff food offer at their research & science park. The Nucleus Unit is a completely new facility installed in part of the main building, located adjacent to the reception area.
The menu includes:
- Barista served premium coffee
- Artisan sandwiches, pastries etc. served hot & cold
- Soups & hot pasta dishes
- Chilled & ambient self-help packaged snacks & drinks
The site available was of restricted size; no food preparation area was available within the unit so it is supported by the main kitchens, which are located within the same building. Wherever possible we created storage space for disposables and consumables. For example, the menu boards conceal a run of wall-mounted cupboards.
